IBENA - According to public relations of Central Bank, this evening in 1335rd session of Monetary and Credit Council, request of Minister of Roads and Urban Development to provide housing assistance facilities by banking network from sources of Article 4 of Leap of Housing Production Law, was raised and examined.
According to Monetary and Credit Council, while abolishing paragraph (1) of the 1,334rd minutes dated May 5 of this year, by providing of housing assistance facilities at approved rate by this council, a repayment period of up to five years, on ceilings 1000 , 700 and 400 million rials in Tehran, provincial and cities over 200 thousands people and other cities, respectively, and from banking resources subject to Article (4) of leap of Housing Production Law (at annual ceiling of 400 trillion rials in 1401), Agreed.
